Diagnios acted as the project lead, and legislative subject matter expert, for regulatory compliance program for energy utility. Analysis and project management services enabled the identification of compliance gaps, management of project team to review current process activities, and implementation of a suite of process enhancements to enable ongoing regulatory compliance. With the onset of market reforms, process and stakeholder management services were used to help establish the regulatory management function within a newly created entity, including the compilation of submissions on a range of market reforms, as well as facilitating the resolution of licensing, compliance, and other stakeholder management concerns.
